Layaway Available

Terms & Conditions:

- There is a minimum $500 order total for using our layaway plan. Please note that if an item is on sale your order total

  must be $500 or more after the discount has been applied.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required as a down

  payment on all layaway purchases. Your deposit is due within 3 days of receiving your first invoice.

- Your item(s) will remain for sale on our website until your 50% deposit is received, ie. your item is not on hold or on

  layaway until we receive your deposit.

- By sending us your deposit, you are agreeing to our layaway plan and agreeing to our Terms & Condition.

- Our layaway is a 60-day plan. You will be invoiced in 25% increments, with payments due every 20 days. Your fourth

  and final invoice will include shipping charges in addition to the 25% balance due.  You are welcome to pay the total

  off sooner!

- No discounts will be applied to your order after your deposit has been received, i.e. no sale price, promotion,

  coupon code, or discount of any kind will be applied to your invoice to reduce the original purchase price. The price

  reflected on your invoice is final.  Your order will ship upon receipt of the final payment.

- Item(s) placed on layaway may not be exchanged during the 60-day layaway period.

- You may cancel your layaway at any time, however your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Exchanges are not offered

  for canceled orders.

- Any items remaining unpaid after 70 days will be considered canceled and will go back out for sale. Your 50% deposit

  is non-refundable, however you will be refunded for any subsequent payments you may have made toward your order.

- Returns: Items purchased through layaway may be returned within 7 days of delivery. You may choose a refund

  or an exchange: If you'd like a refund, 75% of the purchase price will be refunded to you. Please note your 50%

  deposit and shipping charges will not be refunded. If you'd like to exchange for another item, we will issue a credit

  for 100% of the purchase price (minus original shipping) to be used toward the purchase of another item.

- There is no interest charge for using our layaway plan. You only make payments towards the total order amount

  of your purchase. In the highly unlikely event your item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances

  (such as acts of God, etc.), all payments will be refunded.
