Ordering

How to Order:

Browse our website and place your order by phone (636/377-1806).  Because Miss Karla’s Closet Limited Edition pieces are limited, brand new styles are always being created.  Items can sell very quickly.  Ordering by phone ensures that your item will be available.

Custom Orders:

* A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. 

* The balance is due upon completion.  

* Custom orders are non-returnable, unless defective in quality.  

* You will have 10 days after placing a special order to cancel.   

* After 10 days deposits are non-refundable.

Shipping:

Miss Karla’s Closet ships most orders via United States Postal Service by Priority Mail.  Priority Mail shipments are usually received within 2-3 days.  Smaller items (such as scarves or socks) will be mailed by regular first class mail.  If you need a faster form of shipping, such as overnight or two-day service, please contact us for pricing and arrangement. All shipping charges are non-refundable.  International shipments are sent via USPS. Please contact us for a price quote. 

Shipping charges are added to your total.

Paypal, Cashier’s Checks, and Money Orders are welcome.  We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for your purchases.
